Responsibilities:
- Oversee custom home construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and vendors to ensure project success.
- Maintain job site safety, compliance, and adherence to building codes.
- Solve problems proactively and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in residential construction project management.
- Knowledge of custom home building, materials, and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and schedules.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
