💰 Salary: $120,000-160,000
📅 Employment Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do:
✔ Oversee ground-up commercial and multifamily construction projects from planning to completion
✔ Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
✔ Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and on-time delivery
✔ Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence
✔ Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 10 years of experience in commercial & multifamily construction
✅ Proven track record in project management, budgeting, and scheduling
✅ Strong knowledge of construction contracts, permitting, and codes
✅ Leadership experience managing field teams & subcontractors
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
✅ Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or other construction software
