The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish
- Manage schedules, budgets, and daily site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality protocols
- Conduct site inspections and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain accurate daily logs and progress documentation
- Lead, mentor, and manage on-site teams to foster collaboration and efficiency
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in commercial construction, ideally with automotive or dealership projects
- Strong track record of delivering complex builds successfully
- Deep knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and building codes
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficient with construction management tools and reporting software

Salary : $150,000 - $185,000
