The company specializes in a wide range of services, including electrical installations, maintenance, system upgrades, HVAC retrofit projects, renovations, new construction, and building automation.
Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and execute electrical projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure project efficiency and success.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to establish weekly project manpower and long-term projections.
- Participate in meetings to set project standards and plan actions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience and/or knowledge as a Project Manager in electrical systems, industry standards, building automation, and/or the construction industry is preferred.
