What You’ll Do:
✔ Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
✔ Work closely with clients, architects, and engineers during the pre-construction phase

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 5 years of experience in pre-construction, estimating, or project management
🔹 Strong understanding of commercial and multifamily construction
🔹 Expertise in cost analysis, value engineering, and subcontractor negotiations
