Senior Civil Engineer – Multi-Family Construction
We Search People are looking for a Licensed Professional Engineer to join our client based in Louisville, KY.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Civil Engineer to support site design, infrastructure planning and land development for our clients multi-family projects.
Responsibilities include overall management of the civil design process, including early design concepts during project pursuits, and assisting with design and construction administration during the construction phase while ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
This role involves overseeing and driving technical and feasibility studies, preparing detailed designs using advanced software, and collaborating with clients, project teams, and other professionals to deliver high-quality results to meet the pre-set project timelines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- MUST be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- 5 years of experience as a civil engineer, preferably in multifamily housing development projects or manufacturing sectors, required.
- Demonstrates a high level of expertise and advanced technical skills.
- Strong knowledge of zoning regulations, permitting process, and site design principles. Serves as a leader in planning, organizing, and managing projects, with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address schedule-related challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues on multiple projects simultaneously.
