Vice President of Investments

Location : Dallas, TX with regular trips across the country.

Salary : $250K - $270K benefits

Market leading real estate development firm based in the Dallas area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Source acquisition and investment opportunities that fit the Company's investment criteria.
  • Lead the underwriting process, managing an analytical team.
  • Manage acquisition process from contact through to contract, working in partnership with company's Chief Legal Officer, CFO and President.
  • Prepare investment memos, including various investment approaches / scenarios and sensitivity analysis when appropriate.

Education and / or Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable experience in real estate investments.
  • Organised, a self-starter who can perform under pressure.
