We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. Our

Punctual and consistent team player able to arrive at appointments and shifts on time.Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field from an accredited college or

university; Masters Degree preferred

Current OTR license required; BLS certification preferred

Current CPR certification required; BLS certification preferred

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must be willing to drive on weekends and holidays on occasion

Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time throughout the state of New York

Responsibilities :

Provide patient-centered occupational therapy services in accordance with established

guidelines for the care of individuals with developmental disabilities in a manner that is

effective, efficient, and cost-effective

Implement evidence-based practices within the areas of assessment, planning,

implementation, documentation, and treatment delivery within assigned units of care

Collaborate effectively with other health professionals and staff members involved with

the care of patients with developmental disabilities to ensure that all patients receive

coordinated and coordinated care based on individual needs and community resources

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as required

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Autism

Experience with Trauma

Compensation and Benefits Include :

Pay rate based on experience and paid position at hire (Full-time, Part-time,

Fee-for-service, per diem options)
