Industrial Maintenance Assistant Supervisor

Local company is looking to add to their team. Hours will be 6:00am to 4:00pm, with potential to assist on second shift.

Job duties may include but are not limited to:

• Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
• Oversee and perform the repair and troubleshooting of industrial equipment and machinery.
• Train and mentor maintenance assistants.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Requirements may include but are not limited to:

• Associates or Bachelor preferred, or a high school diploma with the equivalent industry-related experience.
• Experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong leadership and management skill.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong background in electrical maintenance; PLC experience is a plus.
