Job Duties
- Reach out to currently enrolled individuals via phone or email who have balances over the acceptable threshold to explore options for reducing their balance to an acceptable level.
- Contact non-enrolled individuals via phone and email to discuss their outstanding balance and find ways to resolve.
- Review the individuals account to understand the balance owed and previous payment history.
- Update contact information as needed.
- Work with individuals to set up reasonable payment plans to resolve their balance.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment arrangements.
- Work closely with the Accounts Coordinator on requested settlements and follow-up.
- Take credit card payments over the phone.
- Assist Accounts Coordinator with other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
Pay
$15.00 an hour
