- This position is determining the eligibility of families applying for housing and tax credit programs based on specific screening and maintaining accurate wait lists to ensure timely leasing of eligible applicants.
- Inform applicants of eligibility requirements, admissions process, and advising on locations, amenities, and services.
- Review all completed applications and determine eligibility for programs
- Calculate annual household incomes
- Ensure proper placement of all eligible applicants
- Maintain up to date information for waitlists and regularly monitor Vacancy Reports
- Schedule and coordinate applicant orientations
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Drivers license.
- Microsoft Office
- 3 years of experience in business/office environment (administrative work preferred) with emphasis on leasing and occupancy.
