Position Title: Food Production Associate

Looking for a hands-on role where every day is different? As a Food Production Associate, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our production line running smoothly. From sorting product to maintaining equipment, you’ll help ensure we deliver top-quality products on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Production Process: Code and transport pails, sort cucumbers at various stages, and fill/stack pails.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Clean, rinse, foam, and scrub equipment post-production.
- Ensure Safety and Quality: Follow safety protocols, monitor for contaminants, and report any food safety concerns immediately.
- Assist with Other Tasks as needed to support the team.
What You Need:
- Communication: Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, use both hands, and lift/move materials as needed.
- Team Player: Collaborate with the team to keep production on track.
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Indoor Facility: Temperatures between 38-45°F.
- Schedule: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week (or as assigned). Flexibility may be required. Monday-Friday. 7am-3pm
