Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate and maintain machines efficiently, ensuring smooth production processes while adhering to safety standards and company protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery according to safety guidelines and production requirements.
- Monitor machine performance and perform minor troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure timely and accurate production to meet company goals.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production targets.
- Document machine usage, maintenance, and any issues that arise.
Shift Hours:
- Start times range from 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
- End times typically fall between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM based on business needs.
- Currently, most shifts are 8 hours. During peak seasons (beginning in April), shifts may extend to 12 hours.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a related field is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to fluctuating production schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Willingness to work early mornings and extended hours as required.
