Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on production equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Assist with facility maintenance and upkeep, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or trade school preferred).
- Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Clean background and drug screen.
Physical Requirements:
