Local company in Charleston WV seeking candidates for preparation of housing units for incoming tenants:

Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

Starting payrate $15.04 temporary to permanent

  • Respond to maintenance requests (work orders) as assigned.
  • Perform routine grounds work on a year-round basis
  • Would like experience with drywall, painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, basic H-VAC.
  • Valid Driver’s License (may consider as long as you have reliable transportation to work)
  • Have your own basic hand tools
