Salary: $20 per hour (with shift differential)
Shift Times:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:50 PM
- 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Associates to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Feed product into machines and ensure proper operation.
- Stack and sort products according to order specifications.
- Read and interpret orders to ensure accurate processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform other department-specific tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work either 1st or 3rd shift as required.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
