We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled person to join our dynamic staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates for various positions across the organization. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and find the right talent to help grow the business as well as doing occasional client check ins and getting new clients.You will be working Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, receiving monthly bonuses on top of hourly pay!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment with job descriptions and qualifications.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews, evaluating candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in evaluating candidates’ performance.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Manage and track recruitment metrics to optimize processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the hiring process.
