Experience running an agency would be great.
You will be working on a 4-person team. 3 Senior engineers and 1 Marketing Manager.

Video editing would be a plus. We are using Adobe Premiere. For our podcasts and youtube assets.
Customer Service
We need additional web developer support that can build sites for our clients in webflow, setup campaigns, SEO, fix bugs / site fixes, run meta ads and help with conversion strategies for medical practices nationwide. Our clients are appreciative and easy to work with. The in person culture of our office is relaxed and team oriented. Lots of autonomy, as we are a family owned small business in rapid growth phase.
