We are seeking an experienced Lumber and Log Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing, purchasing, and logistics for our wood supply operations.
Responsibilities:
- Securing a steady, cost-effective supply of logs and lumber
- Monitoring market trends
- Ensuring compliance with sustainability standards
- Coordinating transportation and inventory
Candidates should have a degree in Forestry, Business, or Supply Chain Management (preferred), at least three years of industry experience, and knowledge of timber grading, regulations, and procurement strategies. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
