Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) :
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
- Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive optimal care.
