Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the nursing home to ensure quality care and compliance with state and federal regulations
Manage and mentor staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with medical professionals, residents, and families to address concerns and improve satisfaction
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures
Qualifications:
Current and active Nursing Home Administrator license in the State of Tennessee
- Preceptor certification would be beneficial
