Shift Options:
- Day, Night shifts available.
- Full-Time or Part- Time, all shifts (6 a.m. – 6:30 pm, 6:00 pm to 6:30 am.), with every other weekend required.
- 12hour shifts to support work-life balance.
Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
- Supervise daily nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):
- Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
- Active, unencumbered TN RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least one year of experience in Long-Term Care.
