We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Retirement Plan Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential account support and services to achieve the department's objectives and goals, ensuring the overall satisfaction and development of our clients. You will work closely with Portfolio Managers on shared clients to maintain continuity of service between departments and identify potential business opportunities. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional client service and have a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities, we would love to hear from you.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000.00 exclusive of bonuses and benefits. This position is also eligible for an annual team bonus.
WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as : the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. Thus, the entire salary range for those who are classified as the Associate level is $51,450 to $84,000. We encourage you to apply and provide us with your compensation expectations when you do.
