Financial Advisor
We are seeking a Financial Advisor to join our advisory team at our Westwood office in L.A. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to help them achieve their financial goals and provide exceptional client service.
The role involves managing client relationships, assisting senior advisors with complex client management, and sourcing and closing prospective clients. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for participating in Wealth Enhancement Group trainings and adhering to the company's Corporate Communication Strategy.
The successful candidate will have a 4-year degree in business, finance, or economics, and hold advanced designations such as CFP, CPA, or MBA. They will also possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as experience within the wealth management industry.
The base salary target for this role is $150,000, depending on experience, and the candidate will be eligible for variable compensation. We encourage applicants to provide their compensation expectations and engage in open conversations about their qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and assist senior advisors with management of complex clients
- Source and close prospective clients through proactive follow-up and lead generation
- Participate in Wealth Enhancement Group trainings and educational events
- Adhere to the company's Corporate Communication Strategy and maintain good compliance standing
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in business, finance, or economics
- Advanced designation (CFP, CPA, MBA, etc.)
- Series 7, 66 (BD/RIA) and Series 65 (RIA Only)
- Insurance Licenses
- 4 years of experience within the wealth management industry
Working Conditions:
This position requires the ability to stand or sit for long periods of time, file documents, use the telephone, and operate computer systems.
