Financial Advisor Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Advisor to join our advisory team at our Westwood office in L.A. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to help clients achieve their financial goals, provide exceptional client service, and work collaboratively with the team to meet company objectives.
Job Summary:
- Manage client relationships and assist senior advisors with management of complex clients.
- Source and close prospective clients through proactive follow-up and lead generation.
- Participate in Wealth Enhancement Group trainings, educational events, and coaching programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationships:
- Facilitate the financial planning process.
- Discover and understand client values, goals, and objectives.
- Prepare and conduct annual reviews.
Sourcing Clients:
- Proactively follow up with clients who have not implemented financial plans.
- Create opportunities within your network and drive referrals from existing clients.
Client Service:
- Assist the Financial Advisor during client meetings and with follow-up.
- Analyze client's current investments and insurance policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics preferred.
- Advanced designation (CFP, CPA, MBA, etc.) required.
- Series 7, 66, and 65 licenses; insurance licenses also required.
- At least 4 years of experience in wealth management industry.
Working Conditions:
This position requires sitting or standing for long periods, using the telephone, and computer systems.
