Inbound Inside Sales Representative
Base: $20/hr $35k Commission = $75k OTE

About Us:
Wealth Factory is a fast-growing company dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs, business owners, and motivated professionals on their journey to financial independence. We specialize in personal finance education and are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic, close-knit team. Our current sales team includes 2 Account Executives (AEs), 2 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and 6 outbound reps. As we continue to expand, we need someone who can help us maximize our sales potential by converting warm leads into booked appointments for our AEs.
Your Role:
As an Inbound Inside Sales Representative, you'll be instrumental in converting qualified inbound leads into scheduled appointments for our AEs. These leads are already engaged with us, having downloaded programs or made purchases. About 70% of your appointments will be generated by our outbound team, with the remaining 30% coming from your own prospecting. Your main responsibility is to turn these leads into 45-60 minute appointments using a proven script—there's NO cold calling or prospecting required.
Typical Day:
- Field inbound leads from our outbound team and convert them into scheduled appointments for AEs by having 20 minute demo conversations.
- Use a discovery call script to understand client needs and determine fit
- Maintain and build your pipeline through consistent follow-up and nurturing
- Track leads and appointments using our CRM (HubSpot)
Skills & Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Wealth Factory's proven sales system
- Friendly and professional phone presence
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to work in-office, Monday through Friday, at our Gateway location in Salt Lake City
