Our approach is centered around trust, integrity, and a deep understanding of our clients’ goals. We are independent fiduciary advisors, meaning we always put our clients’ best interests first—no sales quotas, no corporate agendas, just expert financial guidance.

If you have a consultative mindset and enjoy helping people navigate wealth management, tax strategies, and retirement planning, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Educate clients on investment options, risks, and opportunities, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, regulations, and emerging financial strategies to provide top-tier advice.

3. Enhance the Client Experience

  • Deliver a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring new clients feel valued from day one.
  • Maintain a high-touch, client-focused approach, providing timely responses and proactive check-ins.
  • Partner with our internal team and external partners to ensure clients receive holistic financial solutions.

4. Maintain Compliance & Professional Excellence

  • Ensure all strategies adhere to industry regulations and fiduciary best practices.
  • Keep up with ongoing licensing requirements, market developments, and best practices.
  • Utilize financial planning software and analytics tools to optimize client strategies.

5. Business Development & Growth

  • Identify new client opportunities and expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Represent WFSTA at networking events, educational seminars, and industry conferences.
  • Serve as a thought leader in the financial planning space, reinforcing WFSTA’s reputation as a trusted and innovative firm.

Who You Are

  • Proven relationship-builder with a consultative approach to financial advising.
  • 5 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or investment advising.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (CFP®, CFA, or CIMA preferred).
