Essential Job Functions Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of clients, managing all aspects of their financial planning and investment needs. Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique goals, challenges, and aspirations. Conduct regular client meetings, both in-person and virtual, to review financial plans, discuss investment strategies, and provide ongoing financial guidance. Perform annual check-ins with clients to grow wallet share and foster relationships, focusing on deepening engagement and understanding evolving client needs. Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns, providing timely responses to inquiries, and delivering exceptional service throughout the client lifecycle. Financial Planning and Strategy Development Lead the creation and implementation of customized financial plans, ensuring they align with each clients goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon. Present financial plans to clients, with the preparation of these plans handled by other team members, allowing you to focus on client engagement and relationship building. Integrate a range of wealth management strategies into clients financial plans, including investment management, retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and insurance solutions. Provide clients with insurance solutions, including pulling quotes or illustrations, while delegating the application and underwriting processes to other team members. Regularly review and update financial plans to reflect changes in clients circumstances, market conditions, and regulatory environments. Client Onboarding Work with the client services team and oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and positive transition into the firm. Work closely with the client services team to gather and organize all necessary information, documentation, and account setup details. Provide clear communication to new clients about the onboarding process, setting expectations, and establishing a strong foundation for the relationship. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight Ensure that all client service activities comply with industry regulations and firm policies, maintaining the highest standards of business ethics. Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our client service practices remain compliant and competitive. Team Leadership and Collaboration Foster a culture of learning, excellence, and client-centricity. Collaborate with various departments, including client services, operations, and investment teams, to ensure a cohesive approach to client service and financial planning. Contribute to team meetings and discussions on improving processes, enhancing client experiences, and driving the firms growth. Business Development Actively participate in business development efforts, including identifying new client opportunities, expanding relationships with existing clients, and promoting the firms services. Engage in client events, educational seminars, and networking activities to enhance the firms visibility and attract new clients. Collaboration Work closely with advisors and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client service and relationship management. Contribute to team meetings and discussions on improving client service processes and strategies.
