Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and logic controllers to diagnose malfunctions.
- Fabricate and repair components as necessary, utilizing welding skills when required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance-related inquiries promptly.
- Lead small teams during maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong electrical knowledge, with experience in troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Ability to fabricate parts and perform welding tasks as needed.
