Wealth Partners Capital Group ("WPCG") is a Palm Beach, Florida-based financial services holding company. WPCG was launched in June 2017 and currently has capital investments in six large wealth management firms. WPCG’s mission, in partnership with these six firms, is to identify, value, negotiate with and acquire smaller firms and merge them into its partner firms. Since its inception, WPCG has closed 120 transactions on behalf of its partner firms, which have added approximately $43 billion to their assets under management (www.wealthpcg.com).
WPCG is seeking to hire an Analyst reporting directly to the firm’s Senior Partner to support various aspects of the M&A process including: (1) assisting with the coordination of M&A transactions, (2) tracking due diligence processes, (3) analyzing financial statements and client billing practices, and (4) sales team support. This position requires both strong quantitative and project management skills.
Individuals who demonstrate success over the course of two to three years with WPCG will have the opportunity for advancement in an M&A role at one of WPCG’s partner firms, or will be well prepared to apply for Business School.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist with coordination of M&A transactions.
- Prepare M&A process-related materials from templates, including timelines and deal overviews.
- Draft due diligence request lists, review and track incoming diligence and assist with diligence investigations.
- Analyze financial statements, books of business and client billing spreadsheets.
- Utilize project management tools and Excel to track transaction statuses.
- Assist with regular updates to deal summaries and template presentation materials.
- Provide sales team support including CRM projects.
- Provide marketing team support including tracking of industry awards/rankings, conferences, etc.
- Other projects and team responsibilities as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years of relevant experience

- Strong ability to anticipate the support needs of colleagues leading M&A transactions.
- Excellent project and document management skills.
- Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels of the corporate structure and prioritize competing demands in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment, frequently under tight deadlines.
- Excellent work ethic, extreme attention to detail, ability to work independently and with a team, strong communication skills, good judgement.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Excel.
