Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 15 years in HR leadership roles, including at least 5 years in senior executive positions in Public Accounting, Law Firms, or Wealth Offices
- Strong Leadership: Proven experience in leading successful HR teams and building strategic, high-performing HR functions
- HR Expertise: Deep knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices, along with financial acumen to manage HR budgets
- Innovative Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to implement innovative HR programs that drive employee engagement, performance, and retention
- Tech-Savvy: Experience in HR technology implementations and using data analytics to inform decision-making
