We're looking for a visionary Director of Clinical Informatics to drive the optimization and advancement of clinical workflows through cutting-edge technology in a dynamic healthcare setting. You’ll lead a team of clinical informaticists and work collaboratively with clinicians, IT, and various departments to ensure clinical systems are effectively integrated and aligned with organizational goals.
What You'll Do :
- Lead & Optimize Technology : Direct the development, management, and adoption of patient engagement and clinical information technologies, ensuring they align with the organization’s goals and drive improvements in patient care.
- Strategic Planning : Work with leadership to establish short- and long-term goals for advancing clinical technology and optimizing workflows across the system.
- Mentor & Develop Teams : Lead a multidisciplinary team of clinical informaticists and trainers, providing hands-on support and fostering professional growth.
- Enhance Clinical Workflows : Leverage your expertise to integrate clinical information systems into everyday practices, streamlining workflows, and increasing operational efficiency.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Serve as a liaison between clinical, IT, financial, and quality teams to ensure that technology meets the needs of all stakeholders.
- Education & Training : Develop and implement training plans for new employees and ongoing education for the clinical informatics team to ensure best practices are followed.
