What You’ll Do
Collaborate & Strategize – Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define job requirements, essential skills, and ideal candidate profiles.
Hunt for Top Talent – Utilize diverse sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, talent databases, and talent mapping.
Build Talent Pipelines – Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates across multiple technical roles.
Engage & Assess – Initiate conversations with potential candidates, assess their qualifications, and align them with our company culture and career opportunities.
Stay Organized – Keep candidate information up to date within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .
Keep a Pulse on the Market – Stay informed on industry trends, sourcing tools, and best practices in technical recruiting.
Enhance Employer Branding – Support branding efforts to attract top-tier talent in AI and Machine Learning.
Measure Success – Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing metrics and pipeline health.
Requirements
What You Bring
- University Recruiting Experience – Previous experience identifying top-tier university talent.
- AI & ML Expertise – At least 3 years of experience sourcing for highly technical roles in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning .
- Creative Outreach Skills – Proven ability to design and implement unique outreach programs to attract top candidates.
- Tech-Savviness – Experience with Lever ATS and Google Suite is a plus!
