Key Responsibilities :
- Perform high-quality repairs and inspections efficiently and accurately per work instructions, documenting all findings in a specialized service platform.
- Conduct comprehensive multi-point inspections and system checks , recommending necessary services to enhance vehicle safety and reliability.
- Inspect and test all completed work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards .
- Travel locally as needed to set up, configure, diagnose, and sign off vehicles for safe on-road usage.
- Assist with parts and tools inventory management , ensuring that shop facilities and technician tools remain in excellent condition.
- Perform advanced diagnostics and escalate complex issues to the engineering team when necessary.
- Maintain accurate service records and create detailed quality field reports .
