Your Role:
We are seeking an experienced Life Insurance Specialist to support our advisers in case development and client appointments. Your expertise in Term Life, Whole Life, Universal Life, and Indexed Universal Life Insurance will play a pivotal role in driving our mission of delivering exceptional client outcomes. This is a collaborative role requiring strategic insights and a deep understanding of life insurance products.
Location:
We have four offices located in:
- New York City, NY
- Flushing, NY
- Long Island, NY
- Hackensack, NJ
Occasional travel will be required to support advisers across these locations.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $30,000 - $40,000
- Commission: Earn commissions on all client cases, including those involving collaboration.
- Income Potential: With our growing agency size, this role has an estimated annual income of $150,000 when factoring in case splits and personal production.
- Contract Maintenance: Must maintain a full-time agent contract requiring $40,000 of First-Year Commission (FYC) annually, achievable through case splits and personal production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist advisers with case development and strategy.
- Attend client appointments to provide life insurance expertise.
- Collaborate with clients and advisers to create customized insurance solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of life insurance products and trends.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to advisers as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
- Active Life, Accident, and Health (LAH) License.
- High-level knowledge of all life insurance products, including Term, Whole Life, Universal Life, and Indexed Universal Life Insurance.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor colleagues.
- Preferred (but not required): Series 6 or Series 7 License.
