The Role
The role of our Tax Accountant is to efficiently complete forms accurately.
Your positive attitude will enhance our client experience, while your organizational aptitude will support the administrative and operational functions of the Tax Department.

Position Overview
Seeking a motivated Entry-Level Tax Accountant to assist with tax preparation, compliance, and related projects. This is a great opportunity to build your tax accounting career in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Prepare and review financial documents for tax compliance.
- Gather and organize data for filings and audits.
- Research tax issues and provide recommendations.
- Support tax provision schedules and reporting.
- Maintain accurate tax records.
- Assist with tax authority and auditor inquiries.
- Stay updated on tax law changes.
Qualifications
Education:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent coursework.
Experience:
- Prior internship, part-time work, or volunteer experience in tax preparation or accounting is strongly preferred.
- Experience with organizing financial data and using accounting software is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of tax laws and accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Drake tax software and QuickBooks a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
