Job Responsibilities
- Account Administration : Set up and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate paperwork completion and review of transactions and activity.
- Client Support : Assist clients with requests, including money movement, distributions, and document retrieval.
- Custodian Coordination : Communicate with custodians to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests.
- Onboarding Management : Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, including paperwork processing and account transfers.
- Direct Client Communication : Provide ongoing support and guidance, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Operational Efficiency : Participate in operations meetings to enhance efficiencies and adopt new policies, procedures, and technologies to improve internal processes.
