This is a hybrid position with in-office flexibility 2-3 days a week.
Summary : Wealthspire Trust is looking for a Trust Associate who is responsible for support of the day-to-day administration of a diverse book of complex personal trust accounts for high-net-worth individuals and families along with onboarding new trust relationships. They will work closely with the trust advisor, account advisors, family office partners as well as individual clients. Key responsibilities include supporting the trust advisor(s) by performing tasks like processing transactions utilizing our trust accounting platform, maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation, communicating with beneficiaries in delivering a premier client experience to our financial advisor partners and clients. Additionally, ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and fiduciary standards, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of trust administration and investment principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Administration
- Process client transactions including cash disbursements, cash deposits and other transactions daily using our trust accounting system
- Maintain detailed records of trust assets, investments, and account activity.
- Assist with requests for discretionary distributions, trust terminations, collection of tax information
- Prepare and review trust account statements and reports for clients and beneficiaries
- Assist with account reconciliation with the Trust Advisor and operations partners
- Client Service
- Respond to client inquiries regarding trust accounts in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate with beneficiaries regarding distributions, account updates, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with the Trust Advisor to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Documentation and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies regarding trust administration.
- Conduct due diligence and help prepare investment and administration reports to assist in monitoring compliance with investment guidelines and provide reporting to the Trust Investment Committee and Trust Administration Committee
- Administrative Tasks
- Open new trust accounts, gather AML / BSA / ” Know Your Customer” documentation, and verify client information.
- Manage and maintain trust files, including electronic records, in an organized manner.
- Assist the Trust Advisor with coordinating the tax preparation and filing responsibilities
- Manage billing and cash collection

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $84,999. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
