A skilled nursing facility in Southern Illinois is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to play a key leadership role in the nursing department. The ADON will support the Director of Nursing (DON) in managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a culture of excellence in patient care. Responsibilities
- Nursing Operations Oversight – Assist in overseeing all aspects of nursing operations, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care.
- Staff Leadership & Development – Supervise, mentor, and train nursing staff, providing guidance on clinical procedures, professional growth, and performance evaluations.
