We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Specialist to join our team at our Lakewood, NJ office. Responsibilities
- Process and submit claims to insurance companies and other third-party payers.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing of ABA therapy services.
- Review and resolve any discrepancies or denied claims.
- Assist with posting payments and reconciling accounts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and billing regulations.
- Communicate with insurance companies and clients to clarify billing issues.
- Collaborate with the finance and clinical teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain organized and confidential financial records.
Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in billing (experience in any industry is acceptable).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation
