We are looking for an experienced BPO Salesperson based in San Francisco or Los Angeles to spearhead business development efforts on the West Coast. This role is focused on selling offshore and staffing services to small and large firms, positioning our client as the go-to partner for organizations looking to relocate or scale their call center operations. As the primary sales representative in the region, you will be responsible for generating new business, cultivating strong relationships, and closing high-value deals. This is a remote position but requires a proactive, on-the-ground presence in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company's presence on the West Coast.
- Identify and engage potential clients in need of BPO and offshore staffing solutions.
- Educate prospects on the benefits of outsourcing and tailor solutions to their specific business needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposal development and contract negotiations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns and fostering trust in the company's services.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance market visibility and build connections.
- Regularly report sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in BPO, staffing services, or outsourcing solutions.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a history of closing high-value deals.
- Ability to identify client pain points and effectively communicate the value of outsourcing solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote capacity.
- Familiarity with the West Coast business landscape and experience selling to companies of various sizes.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools to manage pipelines effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Compensation:
- Base salary of $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.
- Competitive commission structure.
