We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development and implementation of our technology strategy, focusing on scaling the business and preparing for a successful exit. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property technology, ideally with a track record of being involved in a successful exit. This role requires someone who is both technically savvy and understands the business nuances of scaling a company to prepare for acquisition. The CTO will collaborate with the leadership team to ensure that our technology supports the company's overall strategic objectives, particularly in compliance, data storage, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the technology vision and strategy for the company, aligning it with business goals, especially around preparing for an exit.
- Build and manage a high-performing technology team to drive the company's growth.
- Oversee the development of property management technologies, including software, data analytics, and AI tools.
- Ensure compliance with global data restrictions and government regulations, especially in relation to data storage and security.
- Establish and maintain best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
- Advise on product development, with a focus on scalability and future-proofing the platform.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure that technology investments align with financial goals and long-term strategy.
- Understand and manage tech stock basics, particularly as they pertain to ownership and equity considerations.
