The Healthcare Sales (Palliative Care) role will focus on developing and growing relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers, to promote CareOne's palliative care services in Cumberland and Gloucester counties. This position is sales-oriented, with a strong emphasis on driving referrals, educating the community about CareOne's palliative care offerings, and ensuring smooth care transitions for patients. The Healthcare Sales professional will play a critical role in establishing CareOne's presence as a trusted provider of palliative care in the region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as healthcare providers, physicians, and hospitals in Cumberland and Gloucester counties to increase referrals for palliative care services.
- Actively promote CareOne's palliative care programs to community organizations, healthcare professionals, and the general public, highlighting the benefits and unique aspects of CareOne's approach.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local healthcare community to drive growth in palliative care referrals.
- Conduct educational events, seminars, and presentations for healthcare professionals and community stakeholders to raise awareness about CareOne's palliative care services.
- Serve as the primary liaison between CareOne's palliative care services and referral sources, ensuring seamless communication and coordination for patient transitions.
