Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, legal memoranda, and correspondence.
- Draft and file legal documents in State and Federal courts.
- Conduct legal research and gather information to support case preparation.
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, judicial staff, and legal professionals.
- Coordinate case-related deadlines and schedule hearings, depositions, and other litigation proceedings.
- Prepare discovery documents, interrogatories, and responses.
- Compile and maintain trial binders, exhibits, evidence, briefs, and appendices.
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage data entry in the case management system.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
- 3 years of personal injury litigation experience (preferred).
- Proficient in document management systems and electronic filing systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment, taking direction, and working with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with legal terminology, court procedures, and drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal documents.
- Experience with courtMap, JAWS, and e-filing via e-portal.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $65,000 - $74,000 per year (salary performance-based bonuses)
- 401(k) with matching

Schedule:
- Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shift)
- Work Location: In-person
