We are looking for an experienced Medicaid Coordinator with a background in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare admissions . This role is ideal for a Business Office Manager (BOM), Admissions Director, or Sales Director who has worked in an skilled nursing facility and understands Medicaid coordination.
As a Medicaid Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for families who need assistance navigating the Medicaid application process. This position involves extensive phone-based communication , where you will educate prospective clients about our services, guide them through the Medicaid eligibility process, and help them take the necessary steps to secure financial assistance.
This is an in-office position based in Lakewood, NJ , requiring strong communication skills, customer service expertise, and an ability to explain complex Medicaid regulations in a clear and supportive manner. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and skilled nursing facility partners to ensure that applications are completed accurately and efficiently , resulting in a higher approval rate for Medicaid coverage.
Key Responsibilities
