Responsibilities:
- Set up initial claims with insurance companies.
- Send out Letters of Representation (LORs) and spoliation letters.
- Provide administrative support to case managers.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other relevant parties.
- Request and organize medical records and bills for pre-suit cases.
- Assist case managers in preparing files for demand.
- Conduct investigations and compile case-related information.
- Answer and direct phone calls with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Maintain and update contact lists.
- Monitor deadlines and manage calendars effectively.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills—you can empathize with clients and navigate sensitive situations tactfully.
- Calm under pressure—you maintain composure even when others may not.
- Enthusiastic about answering calls and treating them as opportunities, not interruptions.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems.
- Reliable and professional—you “check your baggage at the door” and maintain focus at work.
- Experience in personal injury law (Required, 2 years).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Required, 1 year).
