We are seeking a highly motivated and ethical Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will excel at prospecting, cold calling, and building lasting relationships across multiple sectors, including healthcare. Your expertise will help clients navigate their insurance needs, with a focus on providing tailored, comprehensive solutions.

This position will require occasional visits to the New York office for team meetings, collaboration, and other in-person activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive business development through cold calling, prospecting, and hunting for new client opportunities.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients across diverse industries, particularly healthcare.
• Assess client needs and recommend customized property and casualty insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales objectives and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Offer outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments impacting property and casualty insurance.

Requirements :

Compensation : The role offers an $85,000 draw against commission, with the opportunity to earn significantly above this base through commissions. After six months, the position converts to commission-only, providing substantial earning potential for top performers. The sales opportunity is robust, with the ability to grow earnings as you develop your book of business. A competitive benefits package is also included.
