As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing our engaging gaming solutions to life in senior living facilities. You’ll work closely with decision-makers in skilled nursing, assisted living, and adult daycare centers, helping them discover how our games can foster social connections and improve resident well-being. This is an exciting opportunity to introduce a unique and valuable product into a growing market, with the chance to directly impact the lives of seniors by providing them with meaningful and enjoyable experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities within skilled nursing, assisted living facilities, and adult daycares.
- Present and sell engaging gaming solutions tailored to the needs of older adults, promoting their social interaction and overall enjoyment.
- Conduct product demonstrations, ensuring potential clients understand how our games can improve their residents' lives.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers at care facilities, including activities directors, administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Attend and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and showcase our offerings.
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies and materials that resonate with the senior living market.
- Regularly track sales activities and provide progress reports on sales goals and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in healthcare or senior living environments.
- Strong understanding of the senior living industry, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and adult daycares.
- Passion for improving the quality of life for older adults through innovative and fun solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey the value of gaming for senior residents.
- Comfortable attending trade shows, networking events, and making in-person sales calls.
- Self-motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to engage with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Previous experience in B2B sales or selling into the senior living market is preferred.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $80,000 - $100,000
