We are in need of a Security Guard to fill in a position in Oxnard, CA.

Summary

As a Security Guard at Weapon X Security Inc., you will play a vital role in maintaining safety and security for our clients across California. This position is essential to our mission of providing reliable and effective security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations effectively.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
• Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activities.
• Provide first aid and CPR as needed during emergencies.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to resolve incidents.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities and incidents for reporting purposes.
• Engage with the public in a professional manner to promote safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role in a Dispensary preferred but not required.
• English skills in both reading and writing.
• Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and surveillance systems.
• First aid and CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with law enforcement protocols is a plus.
• Ability to operate CCTV equipment and monitor feeds effectively.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail are essential.
