Wearwell has an opportunity for a 2nd shift Machine Operator
Monday through Friday 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set-up machine cutting equipment and run production jobs meeting and/or exceeding established production and quality standards.
- May perform minor maintenance functions on the production equipment.
- Retain productivity related to standards based on assigned task(s).
- Log labor and material used in the production of product.
- Able to work overtime or weekends if required.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedure; maintain a clean and hazard free work area.
- May cross train for other job areas/roles.
- React positively to change
- Perform other duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent and/or equivalent education, training, or experience in job-related activities.
- Ability to read and understand English.
- Knowledgeable of computer operations and
- Demonstrate effective team and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.
- Willingness to cross-train in other functional areas.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable attendance is a must.
