THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE
You will typically work from 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM or until the job is complete . During the summer months, work is usually finished between 5 : 30 and 7 : 30 PM.
Occasionally, you'll work weekend shifts as needed.
As an apprentice, you will play a crucial role in assisting our lead installers with HVAC replacements. Your contribution and dedication will directly impact the quality and efficiency of our installations, ensuring that our clients receive the exceptional service they expect from us.
By providing a solid foundation and support to our lead installers, you will help us maintain our reputation as a reliable and trusted HVAC provider in the Jacksonville area.
OUR IDEAL INSTALLATION APPRENTICE
We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications :
- Basic HVAC knowledge
- Previous HVAC experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Dependability and strong work ethic
